MechWarrior is set in a rich fictional future universe where humanity has spread to the stars and spawned titanic interstellar Great Houses, each controlling hundreds of world across more than a thousand light-years. In this new age, when man goes to war he does so in a BattleMech: a twelve-meter tall walking avatar of death, bristling with enough weapons and armor to level an entire city. Piloted by skilled MechWarriors, these titans of the battlefield run the razor’s edge between legend and destruction, with their skill and luck determining the fate of empires!
MechWarrior is a role-playing game where players take on the roles spies, soldiers, politicians, or BattleMech pilots operating outside of the cockpit.
